Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment with kindness and curiosity. We start with awareness of breathing and gradually open our awareness to more of our experiences, including sounds, sensations, emotions, and thoughts.

We help corporate clients throughout Orange County move & meditate more during their busy days. Mindfulness and yoga are perfect ways to reset, renew and truly live well at work.
YOGA
Incorporating yoga into your day will boost energy, increase focus, and keep your body strong and flexible. By paying attention to your body and your breath, your mind will become more clear, calm and connected.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Flexible one-on-one sessions, training for your body and brain. Create a habit of meditation or movement that meets the demands of your life, and your body and mind. We meet once, twice or 3x per week.
I'm Ellen, the founder of Moga Flow. I help busy people move & meditate more at work and at home. I've become more calm and connected with mindfulness and yoga, and you can too! My passion is supporting busy people through their journey of healing from stress and burnout to feeling better, both inside and out.
